Job Description

· Oversee all fleet management and transportation activities for construction projects.

· Verify purchase requisitions by project team; clarify unclear items and recommend alternatives.

· Coordinate transportation, storage, and distribution of construction materials and equipment.

· Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.

· Collaborate with project managers and suppliers to optimize logistics operations.

· Coordinate and manage various stakeholders in highly classified areas.

· Monitor and track construction material inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.

· Manage and optimize the use of logistics resources, including vehicles and manpower.

· Ensure compliance with safety, client regulations, and company policies.

· Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify areas for improvement.

· Resolve escalated issues from operations and coordinate with other departments.

· Perform other duties or tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

· Possess at least a Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Transportation, or equivalent.

· At least 5 – 7 years of experience in fleet or transportation management

· Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage staff.

· Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Good analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

· Preferably possess a valid Class 4 (forlift) and above license.

Requirements

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

Outlets Management

• Outlet sales budget (or target) management; and management of KPIs

• Well versed in menu and operations, train and lead the team to achieve higher performance

People Management

• Involving team members recruitment and hiring
• Conduct and review training such as orientation, on the job training (OJT) and others
• Monitor team members’ training progress and performance evaluation

Cash Management

• Ensure outlet cash sales bank in accordingly
• Manage monthly outlet petty cash reimbursement

Other

• Plan and conduct monthly outlet meeting with target and action plan
• Monthly outlet performance analysis and audit, analysis and action plan
• Ensure outlets compliance with all relevant regulation and legislation, e.g. labour laws, hygiene standards, licenses for business, liquor and others

Responsibilities:

• To lead and direct the Human Resources (HR) department.
• Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Manage the full spectrum of human resource functions such as recruitment and hiring, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, manpower planning, learning and development, employer-employee relations and workplace safety.
• Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• To develop and implement HR strategies and policies, ensure compliance with local laws and regulations and the company development needs;
• To ensure HR compliance in all areas and effective implementation of HR strategies aligned to the Institute’s business objectives.
• Formulates plans for the development of the company's organizational structure and personnel, and promote their implementation;
• Planning employee’s benefit plans to design and implement;
• Closely linked with the business department, organize regular inventory and internal talent assessment work;
• Administering the full spectrum of the payroll includes accurate and timely processing of payroll, CPF submission, income tax preparation and submission, reservists’ pay and all other claims, reconciliation of the monthly payroll reports, audit matters and all other payroll-related matters.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management whenever required.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years Food & Beverage HR management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Business
• Well-versed with the local Employment Act and other related employment guidelines/regulations
• Leadership quality and ability to lead a team and supervise projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
