• Plan and coordinate the operational workflow to achieve operation targets

Requirements

• Supervise effective working of production personnel and prepare effective production schedules and ensure compliance to all company policies.

• Responsible to facilitate the review of Manufacturing Batch Record and Packaging Batch Record. 
• Manages SAP in terms of batch closure, inventory, purchase requisition, work orders and other related activities
• Involved in process validation, cleaning validation and support operations to ensure compliant validation output
• To be able to implement cost reductions and develop or amend reporting procedures and systems (SOP / WI).
• Ensures operation of equipment by coordinating maintenance for any repairs.
• GMP background and or came from Food or Pharma Company.

Responsibilities:

• Assists in preparing Work Plan and manpower requirements based on the Work scope / Specification
• Delegates job to supervisors and plan manpower required for jobs in accordance to the budgeted man-hours
• Coordinates between the different trades and resolves problems encountered in project
• Reads and interpret Piping ISOMETRIC Drawing /P&ID Drawings
• Prepares Material Take-Off (MTO) based on Piping ISOMETRIC Drawing /P&ID Drawings
• Utilizes different pipe welding materials
• Raises and approve Purchase Request for materials and equipment required for the jobs accordingly
• Monitors work of sub-contractors to ensure that quality and workmanship conform to company standards
• Ensures all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Marine Engineering or related engineering disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in piping discipline
• Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to board ships, enter confined spaces with limited visibility and have the ability to climb up and down stairs and/or ladders of varying heights.
• Occasional short-term overseas visit or inspections as per project requirements
• Good in planning, analyzing, communicating and independent work
• Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken)
