Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure manufacturing processes operated with minimize manufacturing costs
• Maintain work safety practice and product quality plan
• Schedule production staff according to workload requirements
• Prepare process documentation such as work instruction and process specifications
• Ensure the subordinates are trained and equipped with up-to-date knowledge and skills
• Assist HR in OT records, performance reviews and recruitment
• Prepare reports and maintain up-to-date training manuals and make recommendations for operation improvement
• Other relevant ad-hoc duties

Key Requirements:

• Min 2 years of experience in manufacturing production
• Preferably with mechanical background
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin speaking clients / stakeholders

• Maintenance of machines and equipment
• Maintenance of tools, jigs and fixture. Requisition of duplicate tools and scrap of obsolete tools
• Support machine installation, trial run, troubleshooting and repair of machines and equipment

Requirements:
