Provide engineering support to the Maintenance Teams in the design, development, testing, and implementation of software for Building Management System, specifically network engineering, SCADA and PLC / DDC.

Experience

• The applicant shall have minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the servicing and maintenance of SCADA servers and Windows platform and PLC / DDC systems for industrial, hospital and commercial building.

You should be mobile and capable of working anywhere because you will perform daily check-ins around the building and lobby to ensure high housekeeping standards. You’ll also see to it that both the building’s interior and exterior are well-maintained. Whatever mix-ups or jams that you spot, you should be quick to figure out the best repairs. Your input and ideas will be sought to help steer the team in directions that help make the facility perform at its best. A typical day for you also involves contact with vendors—reviewing their services and coordinating with them for the resolution of any service issues.

Promoting client satisfaction

In this role, you’ll build and maintain positive tenant relationships by providing excellent customer services that follow key performance indicators agreed by the client and the company. You’ll also handle client/tenant queries, attend meetings and coordinate with the local authorities as required.

You’ll be working frequently with tenants, so you’ll need to build strong relationships with them. Likewise, you’ll need to be proactive and engaging; and make sure that the tenants’ expectations are met each time.
