Implementation

• Lead complex integrated system projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with leadership directives and delivering business value.
• Manage and oversee system rollout and deployment.

Programme Management

• Spearhead projects from ideation to completion, including procurement strategy, packaging, detailed scoping, requirements gathering, systems definition, process optimisation, and ensuring regulatory, security, and safety adherence.
• Lead and execute all project management phases, from initiation to completion, ensuring successful handover of deliverables. Uphold good governance practices through effective management of resources, timelines, scope, documentation, and risks, leading to the successful completion of projects.

Stakeholder Management

• Manage diverse workstreams within the programme, proactively keeping internal stakeholders informed of potential risks, issues, and milestones. Ensure adherence to the programme's scope, budget, and timeline through effective management.
• Work with technology partners, system integrators, internal stakeholders and external vendors throughout the product/ solution lifecycle.
• Ensures clear communication and buy-in on solutions/deliverables from all stakeholders.
• Engage C-level executives in ensuring project alignment.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Manage project documentation flow (i.e. intake, review, and distribution) and storage.
• Lead in tender processes i.e. drafting, design, submission and review.
• Ensure all necessary documentation submission and handover of all necessary documentation deliverable are complete.

Requirements

• Candidate with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, computer science or related fields with experience in system-level integration are strongly encouraged to apply.
• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of experience in managing integrated projects with at least 3 years in a multi-disciplinary project of at least $5M.
• Proven experience in planning, executing, and controlling projects within budget, scope, and timeline.
• All aspects of project / programme management and stakeholder management including government agencies.
• Proficient in cross-disciplinary engineering competencies.
• Proficient in project management methodologies: Such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.

Job Description:

1. Determine and define project scope and objectives

Duties

• Be the tip of the spear in managing the architecture and advanced development phase activities for monitors R&D.
• Maintain contact with internal stakeholders (R&D Management, Product Management, Sales and Marketing) and external stakeholders (SOC/scalar suppliers, 3rd party technology partners,ODM outsourcing partners) to ensure the convergence of product innovation, requirements, cost, R&D resourcing.
• Rally resources and work with the rest of the R&D/Architecture Team to drive Architecture Phase deliveries, including know how studies for new product features.
• Keep abreast of technological state-of-the-art and competition landscape, and bring onboard new features to enhance the product lineup of Philips & AOC branded Monitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate the solutions proposals to meet product requirements for the different categories of monitors.
• Generate the platform & product feature 3-5 year roadmap recommendations.
• Drive all front-end architecture activities and deliverables related to Philips & AOC branded Monitors.
• Be accountable for the quality of the overall System Architecture and Requirements.

Responsibilities:-

• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives;
• Keep up with the latest market and industry development landscape, define the company market positioning strategy, work closely with the company leadership and cross functional management team to design and execute the company’s business strategy;
• Identify and develop top tie construction companies at each region/country especially specialized in the geotechnical market; Build, maintain and expand relationship network in key market areas;
• Coordinate cross-functional team to discuss with potential global partners and support customer inquiries and due diligence;
• Work with all tendering stakeholders to develop value propositions relevant to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives;
• Participate in the tendering process and prepare commercial proposals as required;
• Participate in pricing the solutions/services;
• Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion;
• Manage client expectations in respect of service delivery: keep client informed of any issues and or forward planning;
• By routine monitoring ensure that all project activity is aligned with contractual obligations and entitlements.

Requirement:-

• Minimum bachelors degree with Engineering background, Civil / Geotechnical Engineering preferably ;
• At least 10 years' experience in project management, client relationship management,engineering, and / or a business development role, preferably in a construction industry ;
• Strong sense of cross-culture understanding and communication skills, enthusiasm in entrepreneurship and leadership and willing to take responsibilities;
• Strong personality, goal-minded and proactive approach to teamwork, development of relationships, and a tenacity to seek out all possible opportunities ;

Job Description

· Overall management of the project with respect to contractual, budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality, and safety

· Schedule & Program

· Estimation, establishing the budget and ongoing project cost monitoring

· Analyse, manage, and track project costs against budget

· Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on monthly basis

· Ensure proper management and control of project documentation as well as contractual matter (i.e. all the email correspondence)

· To check and ensure all the works are executed according to tender specifications and shop drawing

Requirements

· Degree in relevant engineering and minimum 10 years of ACMV/M&E working experience

· Strong knowledge in project management methodologies, techniques and skill

· Good oral and written communication skills

· Good interpersonal skills, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge in ACMV/M&E design will be an advantage

· Fluent in ACMV knowledge and installation – CHWP, VRV, VRF system

· Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
