Site Supervision & Quality Control
Supervise Site Activities: Oversee daily site operations, including the management of subcontractors and the labor force to ensure progress aligns with project schedules.
Collaboration with Surveyors & QPs: Liaise with surveyors and Qualified Persons (QP) for site inspections and quality control checks.
Resolve On-Site Issues: Address and resolve technical challenges or issues that arise during construction promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to progress.
Stakeholder Communication & Relationship Management
Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
Project Team Meetings: Lead and participate in regular project team meetings to identify and resolve challenges, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Maintain Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Documentation & Reporting
Contract & Change Management: Prepare and manage contracts, change orders, and amendments, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Progress Reporting: Provide detailed progress reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key developments and issues.
Invoice & Payment Tracking: Ensure timely submission of invoices and tracking of payments to manage project finances effectively.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Project Management, recognized by BCA.
Experience
At least 10 years of project management experience, preferably in facade or construction industries.
Technical Skills
Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
Familiarity with construction management software, project scheduling tools, and cost estimation tools.
