Supporting the Food Atrium Division’s F&B Team in implementing business plans for our beverage sector, an Area Manager is responsible for all the staff in the stalls that he/she is taking charge (up to 10 staff per stall). He/she is in-charge of the KPIs of all the stalls under his/her charge. In addition to taking care of store-level support functions such as customer service, scheduling, daily operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance and back-office support, the Area Manager also recruits, trains and motivates staff.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of support engineers and developers to provide operations support to the users in the use of ERP system. This includes managing the team to provide level 1 and 2 support, attending to daily operations issue and requests, and providing technical advisory to resolve systems and operations issues.
• Engage users and customers for new enhancements and modifications to the systems for new deployment or implementations. Plan these implementations and manage the team and resources for the deployment of these implementations, and, if necessary, to work with subject matter experts and consultants to implement enhancements to meet user’s needs.
• Understand the existing and future operation’s needs, the manager will assist the head of department to plan for system upgrade and/or acquisition of new systems to support Teckwah’s strategic business objectives.
• Understand system lifecycle management and processes and ensure all system implementation, development, support adhere to TW defined processes and industry best practices.
• Being the leader of the team, to plan and manage the team members support activities, training and career development to fulfill their respective roles in Teckwah.

Job Requirements:

Experience

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science / Computer Engineering, Engineering or related discipline.
• Led in at least 2 IT implementation or development projects, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Turnkey Manufacturing.
• At least 8 years of working experience, of which 5 years in a team lead or managerial capacity.

Critical Knowledge

• In-depth knowledge of integrated business applications systems, specifically, in the areas of Supply Chain Management, Third Party Fulfillment or Turnkey Manufacturing.
• Understand and experience in system implementation process and system support activities and processes.
• Familiar and experience with business applications systems maintenance and the associated activities and challenges.
