Mon-Fri 8am to 5.30pm

Duties Include:

-Packing

-Operating simple Equipment

-Laoding of Finished Products into Chiller room and Storage Area

Role and Responsibility :-

• To provide quality day-to-day L2 Production support for Java/Web-based application.
• To coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance activities.
• To manage implementations of new application releases, hering to the best practices of the release management process.
• To work with various partners such as Peer Application Teams, Infrastructure, Vendors, Security and Change teams, to provide seamless support for the business.
• To manage Production issues by responding in a timely manner in accordance to the Service Level Agreement with the Business.
• To enhance existing support process to maintain/improve service level & quality.

Skills and Experience Required:

• At least 2 years working in an L2 Application Support Environment

Working Hours :-

• 9 to 6PM
• There is no shift however if any issues in production, the candidate must take ownership of resolving the issues.
• For releases it will be weekend and candidate must be flexible to come to office on weekends to manage change releases. comp off will be given accordingly for the weekend support.

Work Location: Changi business park or MBFC

Responsibilities:

• Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of refrigeration systems and equipment
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner to minimise downtime
• Conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address potential problems
• Collaborating with the production team to ensure optimal performance of refrigeration systems
• Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Providing support and guidance to less experienced team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Production Technician or in a similar role within the manufacturing or logistics industry
• Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment, as well as computer-based maintenance management systems
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
