Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management:

Able to read construction drawings, know well the skill of formwork , rebar, concreting, survey.

To lead the installation teams at construction sites to plan and execute works according to the project schedule;

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement successful design strategies and implement them for the project
• Ensuring that the multi-disciplinary teams building the project work together smoothly and that everything is delivered on time and within budget
• Overseeing the design process using technical expertise
• Advising on the selection of materials used and other aspects of procurement
• Working with clients to ensure that their expectations are met
• Reviewing designs with health and safety in mind
• Ensuring strict compliance of the design in accordance with contractual requirements and Singapore standards
• Maintaining thorough documentation of the design process
• Managing processes relating to the project’s design to ensure that everything is delivered to schedule and budget
• Keeping up to date with changing building legislation and codes of practice relating to design
• Prepare and submit Single-Line Diagrams (SLD) and Drawings for FAT.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or any other relevant field with relevant design working experience
• Preferably a Professional Engineer registered with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore

During project

· To prepare shop drawings, ‘AS-Built” drawings and Materials Bill of Quantities required for the project

· To manage internal company workers, sub-contractors and product vendors work execution

· To monitor M&E equipment migration/replacement and troubleshooting.

Site management

· To attend site meeting n inspection ,co ordinate site work

· To handle main contractor for issue resolution

· To plan works activities with a team of supervisors in accordance to the master schedule.

· To ensure health and safety procedure are adhered to.

· Check/develop electrical engineering on single line diagram, equipment selection, commissioning, and handover of project.

Requirement

· Diploma n above in electrical engineering

· 5 years experience in M&E electrical project management

· Understand SCADA PLC system.
