• Use portable power tools to grind and polish stone edges.
• Mix and color match resin glue to blend with various stones.
• Apply sealant on natural stones like Granite after fabrication.
• Inspect the finished work to ensure quality.
• Clean equipment and the work area after completing tasks.
• Collaborate with co-workers, team leaders, and the Production Supervisor to meet production and quality standards.

HSE Production Engineer

Our client is a MNC chemical manufacturer company. They are currently seeking for HSE Production Engineer responsible for Daily Operations and Projects Safety.

The role of the HSE Production Engineer includes:

• Lead daily operation as an HSE Production Engineer to ensure Safety in both daily operation and construction projects at site.
• Lead HSE aspect of operation in risk assessment, Hazop study for new modification projects, changes to operating procedures, site construction activities.
• Review and make list of high-risk activities in the process operation based on Hazop study, have regular meeting with production manager and make plan to improve safety level in such areas of operation.
• Coordinate closely with day production & logistics members for HSE aspect of process operation and ensure safe work procedures are followed.
• Study and review all the safety observation feedback and prioritize based on level of risk to follow up through MOC process. Ensure improvement items are followed by keeping records and timeline.
• Work together with project engineers, production members and maintenance coordinator to ensure safety related projects are followed and implemented in a timely manner.
• Review the emergency and disaster prevention procedures to ensure procedures stay relevant to current operation and up to date.
• Lead and enhance any other.

Job Requirement:

• Working experience in the chemical industry

Job Description

We are looking for a Production Support Lead, to help our client manage and lead a team of production support analysts for systems related to the client’s trading systems (Aspect). You will provide technical business analysis for production support teams and troubleshoot issues to maintain the reliability and stability of systems.

You’ll be working with our client’s stakeholders to lead in assessing, improving the existing systems and onboarding new systems for handover from a support perspective and transition them to the support team. As an Production Engineer (Senior / Assistant), you will assist the Production Manager in managing the Overall Operation of Precast Construction Plant. You are to adhere to Quality, Environmental, Safety Management System in accordance with Company’s standards and customers’ requirements.
