Job Purpose:

The Financial Planning and Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and providing strategic insights to support the company's decision-making processes. • Financial Planning & Forecasting:

1. Assist in the development and management of the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Financial Reporting:

• Ad Hoc Projects:

You will lead a five-person Singapore-based team that works across South East Asia with specific oversight of certain practices. Coverage for the role includes Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines and Indonesia, while working closely with the India focus group. The South East Asia team is part of the APAC Client & Market Development (CMD) and Brand, Communications and Marketing (BCM) team, which consists of over 30 members across our seven offices.

Operational Management

• Handle employee grievances and workplace conflicts, ensuring fair and effective resolution in compliance with local laws and company policies.
• Foster a culture of trust and collaboration through proactive communication and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide support and guidance to HR and Admin team members on administrative and HR duties

7. HR Digitization

• Lead the implementation of Darwinbox in Vietnam and China, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of the platform.
• Oversee the rollout of additional Darwinbox modules in Singapore that have not yet been implemented, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize HR systems to enhance efficiency and user experience across regions.

8. Administrative Duties

• Provide support and guidance to the administrative team on end-to-end travel management, office management, pantry management, and other related areas.

Ensure efficient coordination and management of office resources and facilities to support business operations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

- At least 8 years of experience in HR with strong focus in HR Business Partnering and end- to- end HR Operations

- Prior experience in managing HR operations in Vietnam and China.

- In-depth knowledge of labour laws and regulations in Vietnam and China is compulsory.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

- Proficiency in HR software and systems especially Darwinbox
