Financial Management

Administration

3. Corporate Secretarial Duties: In collaboration with an external Corporate Secretary, handle corporate secretarial tasks, including managing new entities and company branches.
4. Grant Applications: Prepare and submit applications for government grants and foundation sponsorships.
5. External Liaison: Act as the primary contact for the organization with external entities.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
2. Professional Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management or a related field. Prior experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis role is preferred.
3. Experience in Startups: Candidates with experience in startup environments will be highly valued. Such experience demonstrates adaptability and the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, including experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, are crucial. The ability to interpret and analyse financial statements and data for strategic decision-making is essential.
