RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities of this role are to ensure effective and efficient coordination of our Pool vessel operations. • Oversee and deliver reliable IT infrastructure, Network, and EUC operations with established metrics, KPIs and SLOs

Scope of Services

The scope of the services include, but are not limited to:

• Support project officers in managing IT systems across planning, design, development, deployment, maintenance, and support stages, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Facilitate system onboarding to cloud platforms, manage service activations and data migration processes, and handle technical feasibility assessments of change requests.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), review security and compliance reports, prepare cybersecurity documentation, and manage third-party risk assessments.
