• Lead and manage production to meet production target and customer’s specifications
• Ensure print quality and guide print operators on troubleshooting of printing machine issues
• Ensure that SOPs are current, accurate and team are trained in the relevant job according to SOPs
• Investigate and find out the root cause with regards to customer complaints and internal rejects

Qualifications:

• 5 years or more in a managerial or leadership role in a printing or print related company
• 5 years technical experience in Heidelberg offset printing machines
• Demonstrate good organisational and interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with all levels of staff in the organisation
• Familar with print estimation

• Handle the Precast Concrete Production in the factory.
• Understand the design drawings and production drawings and conduct quality check.
• Liaise with all the relevant parties for production and inspection of the factory.
• Manage the Suppliers and Contractors to rectify if there are any defects prior to delivery to site.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 4 years of PPVC and/or PBU Production control experience.
• Proficient with ICTs, Digital Progress control/monitor.
