• Test, inspect, and assemble refrigeration units according to instructions, ensuring quality and meeting output targets.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues with tested or assembled units.

Maintenance and Equipment Care:

• Take care of equipment, tools, fixtures, and gauges at your station, ensuring they are properly calibrated.
• Assist in designing tools and trolleys to improve productivity.

Training and Supervision:

• Train new employees using the buddy system.
• Provide feedback or suggestions for improvements.

Safety and Compliance:

• Follow all company safety rules and regulations.
• Cooperate in accident investigations and explain what happened.
• Conduct inspections in the work area and monitor corrective actions.

Record Keeping and Organization:

• Maintain records, such as checklists and serial numbers.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Vocational Certificate.
• No prior experience required.
• Basic communication skill.
