MPS Solutions is looking for an HR Manager to set up and manage HR operations supporting our Photocopier Solutions, ERP Solutions (SAP Business One), and IT Solutions businesses in Johor, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding, ensuring hires align with the company’s expertise in SAP Business One and other core areas.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and HR policies.
• Foster a positive workplace culture to attract and retain top talent.

Eligibility:

• Singapore Citizen or PR (preferably Malaysians).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of HR management experience, with exposure to HR in tech-driven or ERP-related environments.
• No prior overseas working experience in a similar role preferred.

Job Description

• Regional travelling across the APAC markets about 50% of the time
• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key industries such as metals, chemicals, oil and gas, power generation, and data centers, driving market growth in the APAC region.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies, managing the entire sales cycle to meet revenue targets; Participate in offline/online marketing campaigns (eg. tradeshows, seminars etc) to expand network
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including EPC contractors and end users, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (engineering, product, and customer support) to deliver tailored cooling solutions and ensure successful project execution.

The Successful Applicant

• About 6 years of B2B Sales/Business Development experience in the Industrial, Power, and Process sector
• Strong understanding of cooling technologies and technical products (eg. dry cooling or dry coil designs) to translate customer needs into tailored solutions - mainly targeting Industrial markets across the APAC region
• Extensive contact network with key stakeholders (EPC Contractors, Regional Distributors etc)
