Job Scope

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the robotic production line, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity
• Monitor and troubleshoot robotic equipment, implementing proactive maintenance and repair strategies to minimise downtime
• Provide hands-on technical support and training to the production team, helping them develop their skills in operating the robotic systems
• Analyse production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimisation initiatives
• Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance teams to plan and execute system upgrades and integrations
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production environment
• Supervise and motivate a team of production operators, fostering a positive and engaged work culture

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a robotic or automated production environment
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in the maintenance, programming, and operation of industrial robots and associated control systems
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve production issue
• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve operational excellence
• Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering, automation, or a related technical field

• Lead and supervise the production team to meet daily production output and operational target
