Requirements

• The ideal candidates should possess strong knowledge and experience in areas such as propulsion, shaft alignment, thrusters, and CPP. A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required, along with 4 to 8 years of experience in the shipyard or marine industry.

Working Hours

• Food preparation, including butchering
• Cooking of soups, sauces, meats, and vegetables, in large quantities.

• Perform packing, storage, and rotation of products
• Regular conduct checks on all equipment, including PPE that are being used when working on heights to ensure that they are not damaged and are in good working condition

• Work extensively in Food Manufacturing Environment Packaging Soy & Soy Granola products in various packing standard.
• Periodically work in a warehousing environment for cartooning, picking orders and/or receiving new inventory.
• Enter receiving / order data into standard form or computer.
• Complete order paperwork and reports
• Follow all food safety and compliance regulations.
• Packaging Soy Milk Pouches, Granola Bar, Pancake / Wafer Mixed into boxes or bags.
• Moving trays of product to proper racks / site.
• Must do visual inspections and complete documentation during the run to insure defect free work
• Assist line mechanics in machinery repair or other tasks as/if needed
• Follow job arrangement by his / her leader for any direct or indirect related to his / her process line.

• Execute daily production activities on the production line according to work instructions, including tofu making operations.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the production area.

Requirements:

• PSLE and above
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Able to work in hot, humid and wet environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the safety, quality, and environmental and energy aspects of the production plant, managing and organizing production processes to ensure they operate efficiently.
• Ensure the department meets the standards required for management system certifications such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, IATF 16949, etc.
• Prepare and update essential documentation, including Production Work Instructions, forms, Quality and Environmental Impact Assessments, and Risk Assessments.
• Assess training needs annually or as needed to ensure production staff are properly skilled.
• Address any issues promptly that arise from customer feedback, audits, or other stakeholder concerns.
• Review materials and processes regularly to seek improvements.
• Analyze production capacity and maintain detailed process records.
• Track and manage resources to cut costs and reduce waste of materials and energy.
• Step in to handle various tasks as needed to support other departments.
• Take part in interviewing and evaluating the performance of department staff.
