RESPONSIBILITIES

Management Reporting and Financial Operations

• Lead and manage Finance team for full spectrum day-to-day financial operations and overall financial and accounting aspect of the assigned business units.
• Responsible for timely month/year end closing, review of monthly schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, and yearly and/or special reports and/or financial planning analysis as required.
• Assist with the development and refinement of the financial policies, systems and processes.

Annual Group Consolidation

• Lead the group consolidation process for audit purposes, including preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and audit requirements.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external auditors and manage audit timelines.

Audit and Compliance Review

• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process for the Singapore entities, liaise with external auditors.
• Guide junior team members to complete the audit within the stipulated timeline.
• Assist with the annual review of the Finance and Accounting policies and procedures to evaluate the efficiency of controls, policies and procedures.

Other related duties

• Provide direction, guidance and mentoring to the Finance team, including critically evaluating existing work processes and performance with the aim of rationalization and improving efficiency.
• Any ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned from time to time.

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA qualification with 5-8 years of relevant experience and at least 3 years of experience with an audit firm.
• Good knowledge of external audit, internal controls and corporate governance.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions and ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Good understanding and application knowledge of SFRS, Tax and other regulatory frameworks.
• Proficient in speaking Mandarin and writing Chinese, preferably experienced in dealing with Chinese counterparts.
• Mature with good attention to details, able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
• A good team player, someone who is hands-on, meticulous and independent.
• Strong communication skills to drive business partnering and must be able to influence business stakeholders.

• handle employee relations matters, such as resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development.
• Identify training needs, design training programs, and coordinate employee development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Ensure the organization complies with employment laws and regulations, and they stay updated on changes in legislation.
• Contribute to organizational success by aligning HR strategies with business objectives and participating in strategic planning initiatives.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment by implementing health and safety programs and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

WELL EXPERIENCED IN MANAGING INDIAN FOOD PRODUCTION . MINIMUM 4 TO 5 YEARS EXPERINCE IN SINGAPORE FOOD AND BEVERAGE RELATED COMPANIES AND QUALIFICATION MINIMUM BACHELOR DEGREE IN MANAGEMENT . OUR PRODUCTION IS KERALA PRATA (MALABAR ) , TRADITIONAL SNACKS , CURRY PASTE PRODUCTION ETC .FOOD INDUSTRY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED

• Managing the daily operations, including training staff members.
• Ordering food supplies, equipment repairs, and other materials needed to keep the facility running smoothly
• Monitoring inventory levels of food and supplies to ensure adequate supply levels.
• Coordinating with suppliers to obtain high quality ingredients while keeping prices low.
• Ensuring that food safety standards are being met by employees during preparation, cooking, and serving processes.
• 5+ years of food manage experience.
• In-depth knowledge of food principles and best practices.

• Schedule appropriate levels of production staff to effectively meet our Brand Promise
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant provincial/federal legislation
• Establish, continually test, update, and meet the established product yield specification on all finished products
• Ensure the production plan is accurate and well-developed on a daily and weekly basis, and then executed with precision and enthusiasm
• Maintain food quality and food safety requirements and meet or exceed the requirements for a safe workplace
• Ensure the production schedule (workflow, production processes, staffing model, production floor layout, etc.) meets our customer requirements.
• A focus on results, a bias for action, and an effective personal leadership style will be necessary
• Demonstrated track record of delivering solid operating results in a way that encourages teamwork and employee engagement
• Develop formal training plans and conduct on the job training sessions for Food & Beverage Department employees
• Attend and contribute to weekly Food & Beverage departmental meetings
• Inform the Food & Beverage Department on a daily basis of all relevant information on operational matters
• Oversee the preparation, presentation and service of Food and Beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing.
• Ability to work on weekend and public holiday

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the designated outlets and its operational and manpower planning

• Involving team members recruitment and hiring

• Involved in employees' disciplinary issues and outlet manpower needs

• Develop, motivate and retain subordinates, especially the high performers, to help them achieve and excel in the required quality and productivity target set

• Ensure all operation’s standard operating procedure (SOP) are in compliance with the company

• Ensure the outlets are in line with strict hygiene, health, cleanliness and workplace safety guidelines

• Handling or dealing with customer feedback, complaint

• Well versed in menu and operations, train and lead the team to achieve higher performance

• Perform other ad-hoc duties or projects assign as required or requested.

• Able to work with long working hour, weekend and public holiday

• 6 days working/ week and able to work with rotating shift
