The Legal Director, ASEAN is responsible for managing all legal affairs within the ASEAN region, comprising Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and IndoChina, Indonesia and Philippines, and related factories. About This Role

A Director of Sales with Conrad Hotels and Resorts will contribute to Sales plan that maximizes revenue by driving the sale of conference facility space and guest rooms.

What will I be doing?

The Director of Sales is responsible for developing a commercial strategy covering all managed room segments (IBT, IT, GT, CMTG, GOV), including residential and non-residential business to maximize the hotel’s total revenue. This role will drive the planning and execution of the commercial strategy and activity through support from the Revenue Management, Catering Sales, Events Management and Marketing.

As Director of Sales, you will build a marketing plan and associated sales activities to execute with the Sales Team to achieve Sales targets and company goals. The Director of Sales will train, coach, and continuously develop the Sales Team. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Lead a team to identify and maximize all business opportunities that translate into revenue for the hotel, be it for Rooms, Food and Beverage including banquets, and other minor operating departments

Key Responsibilities:

1.Oversee end-to-end planning for GTM (capacity, headcount, quotas, pipeline) and provide strategic recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.

2.Build & refine capacity models, partnering with Finance, Recruiting, Ops, and GTM Leadership for effective planning and hiring execution. Build a streamlined headcount management process.

3.Design, implement, and manage GTM incentive programs that boost productivity and revenue growth. Forecast the impact of plan changes and serve as the primary contact for compensation-related queries.

4.Develop reporting frameworks to measure GTM productivity and GTM incentive program effectiveness. Present data-driven insights to leadership and evolve pricing/compensation models for continuous optimization.

5.Liaise with GTM Leadership, Finance, HR, and Operations teams for strategic alignment and transparent communication. Integrate best practices to optimize GTM performance.

Qualifications:

1.Extensive experience in revenue operations, strategy, and planning at a high-growth, technology company.

2.Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into impactful insights.

3.Proficiency in compensation plan design and modeling.

4.Working knowledge of Hubspot or equivalent CRM, plus sales commission software.

5.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

6.Experience managing a team of 5+ operational team members.

7.Deep experience designing, implementing and managing a sales compensation strategy for 100+ GTM team members.

8.An understanding of the AI landscape, our applications, and the problems they solve for our customers.

9.The ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously.

- Under the supervision of the division GM, develop the division commercial strategy across brand portfolio versus distribution channels and retailers/clients optimizing growth and investments, ensuring the construction of timely, mutual beneficial Business Plans with clients.

- Organize its implementation in relation to brands, their commercial strategy and structure.

- Ensure the overall achievement of the division results: turnover, market share, profit.

- Embody the division towards retailers/clients. Conduct top management negotiation and overcome roadblocks as necessary.

- Ensure jointly with brand management that brands are correctly expressed within retail.

- Manage commercial structures within the division and anticipate necessary evolutions.

- Identify best practices in the commercial field and develop shared methodologies and tools to foster retail excellence.

- Build an efficient organization and ensure good communication flows between stakeholders (internally and externally).

- Coordinate the actions plans of the team, ensuring consistency and optimization across the customer portfolio / establishes arbitration "guidelines" with the division GM. Promote and secure an effective communication between the multifunctional stakeholders inside L’Oreal organization.

The Opportunity

The Chandler Institute of Governance (CIG) is looking for a Director (Government Projects) to lead and ensure successful delivery of the Institute’s global portfolio of technical projects, while developing and growing strategic partnerships with government partners and key stakeholders.

The right candidate will have notable qualifications and experience in public policy and government administration, consultancy, team leadership, project management and delivery, stakeholder engagement and international partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Chief Executive Officer, the Government Projects team and CIG Regional Offices to scope, design, lead and successfully deliver technical projects in partnership with government agencies
• Work with governance and public administration experts in CIG’s Faculty and Expert Network to design, validate and implement practical tools to improve public sector governance (these tools will be deployed during project work)
• Proactively propose and implement initiatives (e.g. MOUs and engagement platforms) to develop and expand expert communities of practice, to support CIG’s technical projects

Experience and Qualifications

• Graduate and postgraduate qualifications from reputable institutions in areas such as political science, comparative politics, economics and/or law
• At least 4 years’ progressive experience in government and public policy
• At least 4 years’ progressive experience in consulting or advisory work
• Good track record of effective and empathetic team leadership and staff development
• Good track record of successful management of a multi-country portfolio of concurrent projects
• Good track record of project design, management and delivery to a high standard of quality
