Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, design and market tax training programs
• Work with trainers to organize and prepare training materials
• Work with trainees to register and prepare training materials
• Procure and pay for training resources, bill and collect fees
• Conduct post program administration
• Conduct market research on needs and new programs
• Administer tax academy learning management system and trainees’ management system
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to effectively promote organisational initiatives and engage key stakeholders across various channels

Job Requirements:

• Completed at least a polytechnic diploma
• Preferred disciplines are Business, Accountancy, Marketing and Communications or Information Technology
• Prior experience in the CET space will be preferred
• Good command of English and communication skills
• Strong organisation skills
• Ability to work under tight timeline
• Ability to use Microsoft Office software and internet tools
• Practical experience in training, business, information technology or tax is an advantage
• Able to work in teams and appreciates interactions with people
• Positive attitude with a keen interest to learn

About you

• 12+ years professional experience in anti-money laundering (AML), Know-Your-Client (KYC), Sanctions and Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT), external investigative reporting, or equivalent
• Excellent understanding of financial regulatory environment and risk implications
• Solid understanding of the sanction programs administered by OFAC, the EU, UK and UN
• Excellent familiarity with transactions monitoring and sanctions screening tools as well as emerging FinCrime technologies.
• Previous team management experience required.
• Highly flexible and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask to meet constant business demands and priorities.
• Resilient to challenges and setbacks, enthusiastic and motivated to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills.

• Having significant experience in corporate, editorial, or commercial writing or other relevant experience that demonstrates the ability to write narratives, headlines, longer scripts or paragraphs, catalogues
• Having a basic understanding of organizational and social change (e.g. behavioral science, organizational culture, social movement theory, campaign strategy)
• Having worked in teams with designers, art directors, creative directors and/or strategists before is a plus
• Being able to contribute concepts for clients and participate in meetings and critiques, face-to-face and virtually
