The Role Responsibilities

Support the Product Owner with the implementation of the CCIB Client Coverage Privacy /Data Protection strategy and all the tasks arising from the Data Privacy Transformation Programme (DPTP)

Strategy

· This role is positioned within the Client Lifecycle Design and Management (CLDM) Business Transformation / change team and targets to drive the required change delivery and implementation across CCIB Client Coverage. Position Overview

In this newly created role, the Director of Public Policy will be the person primarily responsible for developing, implementing, and reporting on the company’s public affairs program across APAC. The Director of Public Policy will partner with various internal stakeholders to determine Vantage’s policy priorities and build relationships with key stakeholders across multiple geographies to implement policy objectives. Additionally, the Director of Public Policy will engage directly and through third parties such as consultants (e.g. lobbyists) and trade associations at the local, regional, national, and international levels of government in APAC to advocate for Vantage’s position on a variety of topics such as energy availability, sustainable development, tax treatment, foreign direct investment, and data sovereignty, among others. Essential Job Functions

• Build and manage a public policy framework, including a strategy, program, and budget, from the ground up to support Vantage in both current and expansion markets across APAC.

We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic team player to join us as an Assistant Programme Executive at Senior Activity Centre @ Whampoa Dew. The Assistant Programme Executive assists with the centre activities and clients at the centre

- Plan and prepare monthly activities schedule for clients.

- Engage with the clients during the activities.

- Pack and distribute food ration packages.

- Assess clients’ need and make necessary referrals to appropriate agencies and/or various care services.

- Manage and maintain all necessary documentations and paperwork of clients’ data and centre activities.

- Maintain the general cleanliness of the centre.

- Assist the centre manager on any other ad-hoc duties.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday : 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Saturday/Sunday : Minimum 2 Saturdays or Sundays

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organise in-venue/online courses for seniors
• Handle course enquiries and registration
• Logistics preparation
• Provide administrative support
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• A Level / Diploma Holder
• Strong communication skills
• IT savvy
• Experience in coordinating and recruitment work preferred
• Able to multi-task & work independently with minimum supervision
• This role will need to manage both English and Mandarin courses. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential.
• This position is on contract basis

Reporting directly to Head of IT, your role involves:

• Managing security operation to ensure implemented security technologies and controls are effective and adequate to protect the company
• Manage the arrangement and oversee the implementation of a robust security monitoring program
• Conducting Identifying root cause and remediating of cybersecurity incidents.
• Providing advisory on security threats and vulnerabilities. This includes performing vulnerability scans and analyze results of scans
• Overseeing the development and execution of corporate security awareness and training programs. This includes getting the buy-in of senior business stakeholders which includes securing funding for IT security programs
• Enhancing early detection capability - Driving lessons learned activities after incidence closure to identify potential gaps in security control

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in IT Security / SIEM / Splunk / Incident response. Familiarity with the Mitre ATT&CK Framework and understanding of the techniques for detecting and mitigating security threats will be of added advantage.
