• Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote IME’s research capabilities to the industry. Represent IME at international conferences and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with Technology Development (TD) Teams: Partner with our "Technology Development" teams to craft robust value propositions for the industry and shape IME’s ‘go-to-market’ strategy. Detect, track and provide market trends and needs for the TD teams.

• Conduct Board of Inquiry for disciplinary issues and recommend actions to maintain staff discipline.
• Foster and maintain a positive relationship with the union, liaise with union officials on industrial relations matters, and resolve grievances in line with legal requirements.
• Develop and implement HR and industrial relations policies, guidelines, and practices for the hotel.
• Review employee-related activities to ensure compliance with local legislation, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Network with other hotel HR practitioners to stay aligned on salary administration, compensation, and benefits.

Training:

• Work closely with Department Heads to assess training and development needs, maintaining open communication to improve employee skills, attitudes, and knowledge.
• Monitor training expenses to ensure they stay within budget.
• Prepare monthly and yearly reports on training activities.
• Oversee the maintenance of training records and ensure they are updated regularly.

Job Summary

This role is in the Environmental Social and Governance and Reputational (ESGR) team and can be based in Singapore and India

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the Group ESG (including Climate) and Reputational Risk (ESGR) integration with Wealth and Retail Business Banking. This will include building and enhancing the infrastructure and processes to facilitate review and challenge of ESGR risks, including embedding into Credit Risk Management where feasible.
• Support simplification agenda for example streamlining to one ESG and Reputational risk assessment for WRB.
• Support transition to new Physical Risk Vendor across WRB for risk assessment, grading and reporting related to Physical Risk assessments.
• Review and challenge of NZ financed emissions arising from WRB Residential Mortgages
