Our company is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting professional with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of asset management to support our growth in China. Scope

The Volunteer After-Care Programme (VAP) trains and engages a growing pool of volunteers who are passionate in helping ex-offenders turn their lives around. The Befriending initiative assists ex-offenders with their reintegration transitioning by matching suitable volunteers to support ex-offenders with their needs. The Family Befriending and IIMAC initiatives focus on supporting the families of ex-offenders.

VAP Manager is responsible to manage and oversee the operations of the various initiatives including the overall programme management, recruitment, training & development, maintenance and welfare of volunteers.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Management

· Conduct periodic reviews of the various aspects of the programmes and services offered as part of the VAP for improvement

· Initiate and develop new programmes based on service gaps

Position Purpose

The remit of the Executive Director – Asia Pacific is to serve and to grow the institutional membership of CASE in the Asia-Pacific region and to engage with institutional, advancement and CASE volunteer leaders. The Executive Director will work with CASE Vice Presidents to develop budget goals and ensure income generation growth in the region. The Executive Director will provide effective leadership and management of the Singapore- and Australia- based team – in partnership with divisional matrix managers, to support the effective delivery of CASE’s strategic plan goals. Position Summary

QSC is currently seeking a highly motivated leader to build the company’s presence in the South East region in the newly created role of Director, SE Asia. The ideal candidate brings many years of executive leadership experience with a broad range of functions and region-specific knowledge relevant to Asia Pacific, and a general manager mindset to build out QSC Southeast Asia and carry forward the strong momentum of the brand and the company in the region. In this capacity, the Director, SE Asia will lead the creation of QSC’s SE Asia to develop and lead a high-functioning team, and oversee all key aspects of QSC’s operations in the region with a keen eye to maximize QSC’s potential and ensure scalable, long-term growth. The Director, SE Asia will be reporting directly to the Senior Director, Southeast Asia Pacific.

Essential Functions/Core Duties

• Efficiently convey the management's vision and priorities to all relevant stakeholders within the company.
• Assist in developing and comprehending QSC's product and technology vision and roadmap, while ensuring that QSC's go-to-market and business strategies are well-matched.
• Ensure that every function in the Southeast Asia region is led by a unified and cohesive vision and shared priorities.
• Grow and increase revenue and profit margins from QSC's Sales Partners in SEA Asia.
• Drive all business development planning including building a sales/revenue plan for SEA Asia Market.

• In conjunction with product development, the teams participate in market research, competitor, and customer surveys.
• Respond to and follow up enquiries within a defined period by email, telephone, and personal visits.
• Attend industry training and develop relevant knowledge and skills to enhance performance.
• Monitor and report on activities, and provide relevant management information.
• People management in:

1. Direct sales activities within the assigned areas, set expectations, provide mentorship, prioritize efforts, and hold the team accountable for building pipelines and executing each phase of the sales cycle.
2. Coach the Sales / Business Development team to uncover new opportunities and demonstrate the differentiated value of QSC solution.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, computer science, or similar discipline from a top-tier school; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus

Experience

• 10-20 years of experience in the Southeast Asia region, with 5+ years in management roles within the region in the IT or AV industry
• Proven track record of leading successful strategic growth initiatives and demonstrated ability to manage operations and teams in the Southeast Asia region

I am currently working with a global Medical Device business that are looking for a Field Service Excellence Director for APAC.

This is initially not a people management position but will have a great deal of influence on how individual countries perform their Field Service operations. You will be responsible for liaising with in-country teams (both technical and commercial) to develop the regional strategy, set KPI's, drive improvements and set up an internal help centre to improve the customer experience.

This is a new role for the business so will involve you deciding on your own work as opposed to completing somebody else’s.

The Field Service Excellence Director will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Lead digital media end to end with media planning, buying, optimization, KPI tracking, link to purchase
• Select the right audience, platforms, modelling and bidding strategies to improve media efficiency and optimize spending
• Lead digital transformation with outstanding media analytics & insights, consumer understanding
• Understand and assimilate data and insights on e-commerce, CRM, influencers, audience integration to develop digital strategies
• Run performance campaigns to drive CRM acquisition and online purchase.

Qualifications - External
