Job Purpose

The Assistant Station Manager supports the day-to-day operations of the train station, which includes preparing the station for rail service, conducting security patrols at station premises and on train platforms, providing customer service, and performing duties in the Passenger Service Centre. He/She monitors commuter flow and manages crowds during peak hours and/or during service degradation. • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Implement quality control processes and continuous improvement practices.
• Collaboration and commercialization: Build strong collaboration with the local and oversea hospitals. Establish the agreements with the industrial partners for licensing and commercialization.

Requirements:

• Master/Bachelor degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with industrial and project management skill and experience. Additional qualifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP) are advantageous.
• Excellent writing skills, coupled with outstanding communication abilities.
• A strong team player with proven experience in managing large-scale research or development projects, preferably in the healthcare or AI fields.
• Strong background in data science, AI, machine learning, or digital pathology.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Program Management:

• Develop, implement, and oversee CoC programs and services.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance to ensure objectives are met.

Collaboration:

• Foster partnerships with healthcare providers, social service agencies, and community organizations.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

Data Management:

• Maintain accurate records and data related to program activities and outcomes.
• Use data to inform program improvements and ensure compliance with quarterly reporting requirements.

Outreach and Engagement:

• Conduct outreach activities to promote CoC programs within the community.
• Engage community members and stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all programs comply with relevant regulations and organizational standards.
• Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in program coordination or management within healthcare or social services.
• Experience with community-based care programs is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
