As the Regional Sales Director of the APAC/ME Region, you will be responsible for the identification of business opportunities and expansion of our client base in the Asia Pacific and Middle East Region with emphasis on Asia, Middle East, AUS and NZ regions. You will act as the primary contact, bridging the company and its customers and collaborators leveraging the Standard Biotools' protein array technology for cancer, autoimmune, neurodegenerative and infectious disease research.

You will manage a team of sales executives and field application specialists based in these regions. This position is remote, with travel requirements of up to 50% to customer sites, conferences and

exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and implement the company’s commercial strategies to drive business growth and increase the company’s valuation.
• Establish, develop and maintain long-term working relationships with new and existing collaborators and customers in the region.

Job Requirements:

· Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin with excellent communication and presentation skills

You will develop and drive people strategies for Singapore and SEA, covering multiple businesses including TVD, UPI, Networks & DTC and other businesses on site. Basic Purpose/Accountabilities:

The Director, Market Analysis plays a crucial role in supporting Singapore Trading activities by providing oversight and guidance to the Market Analysts group. This support encompasses offering fundamental analysis direction to the analysts, as well as serving as the Strategist for Global Heavies Trading.

The incumbent will lead the local team of Market Analysts and collaborate with strategists and analysts in other Phillips 66 offices to develop trading strategies based on fundamental analysis, focusing on Heavies. The Director, Market Analysis is expected to actively engage local trading managers to understand business needs and tailor analysis accordingly.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Understand local key trading positions in crude, clean products, fuel oil, NGL, LPG, renewables and coordinate local market analysts’ work to suggest/evaluate required analysis to ensure all aspects of a trade position is understood.
• Coordinate development and maintenance of supply and demand models for the Heavies group and understand other supply / demand models supported by other commodity strategists. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage new business prospects within the ERP sector.
• Promote and sell our SAP staffing services to new and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Understand customer needs and to provide appropriate solutions and approach
• Achieve and exceed individual targets

Qualifications:

• At least 5 year of experience in SAP sales, with a focus on SAP staffing
• Should have deep working experience with Singapore based clients
• Should have proven experience in Staffing industry
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Familiar with multiple of the following domains (Accounts / Purchasing / Sales / Inventory / Manufacturing)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
