• Degree holder in any discipline with minimum 7 years of relevant working experience (Experience in healthcare industry is a plus but not a must)Trained in systems thinking and experience in implementing and facilitating change would be an added advantage
• Possess strong organizational skills, critical thinking, apply an analytical and structured approach toward problem-solving
• Highly driven, self-motivated, resilient and tenacious
• Able to work in a fluid environment, has a flexible approach, able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Experience with basic grant management and financial skills to oversee programme budget and evaluation
