- Oversee all aspects of claims servicing within the Marine department in Singapore and ensuring claims service levels are up to client’s expectations and in compliance with company's Global Standards of Excellence.

- Working with members of the team to develop and implement a robust marine claims framework including standardization of claim documents and taking ownership to sell company’s marine claims as a key value-added service to clients, prospects and network partners.

- Be willing to undertake regional travel to meet with prospective clients, producers and Cedants including presenting on hot button claim issues to produce new leads, opportunities or emerging trends for the team

Requirements

- 5 to 8 years’ experience as a claims handler preferably in Indonesian Hull / P&I claims or similar role at shipowner’s or in the maritime insurance industry.

- Good written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills. Being bilingual in an Asian language will be an advantage and Bahasa is a plus.

Job Description

The Director Marketplace Experience is a senior leadership role responsible for setting and executing the marketplace experience strategy across multiple countries within the region. Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Customer Experience, Operations Management, or a related field, with recent focus on end-to-end support experience across multi-sided marketplaces (e.g., vendors, customers, riders).
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale transformation initiatives that improve customer experience and reduce operational friction.
• Strong background in data-driven decision-making, with experience in managing and optimizing service metrics (e.g., contact rate, automation rate, customer satisfaction KPIs).

Primary Responsibilities

Prospecting

· Representing the Lifestyle and Luxury Brands and selling the unique know how, assisting the Country Developers in this instance.

Regional Senior Director (Asia Pacific excluding Greater China)

Job responsibilities:

• The Assistant Director, Community and Youth Mental Health (CYMH) Services is responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of community services and youth mental health programmes. He/she will provide professional and operational oversight for clinical and social work components in CYMH.

• This position will supervise the Manager, Youth Development Centre (YDC) to ensure smooth planning and implementation of programmes for youths at the drop in centre, child access services and youth mental health programmes. This will include guiding staff and executing the pivoting of YDC from its current focus to professionally grounded youth mental health and developing the activities and programmes needed from scratch.

• This position will also provide professional supervision to develop and implement youth mental health programmes that are able to reach a broad spectrum of youths to build resilience as well as supervise the team to provide case management and basic level counselling/triage for low to moderate level of youth mental health concerns. This will include ensuring that funders' KPIs and obligations are met.

• This position will also supervise the Manager, Kids in Play (KIP) to ensure strategic planning, and provide strong professional oversight to enable KIP to continue to be well established as a clinically sound service provider and continue to grow KIP's social work and clinical practice in the corrections landscape. This position will also front engagements with government agencies such as Prisons and NCSS, using his/her professional standing and capability to build a strong reputation for KIP and enable collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure continual financial support for all KIP programmes. A pivotal role in our client’s new setup. Reporting directly to the General Manager (GM), you will oversee and integrate operations across our hotel and hospital services, ensuring exceptional guest and patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Coordination

• Lead and execute operational strategies across hotel and hospital functions, aligning with organizational goals.
• Collaborate closely with the GM and executive leaders to ensure seamless integration between hospitality and healthcare services.
• Serve as the primary liaison between hotel and hospital teams, fostering effective communication and synergy.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily operations, including guest/patient services, housekeeping, food & beverage, facilities, and healthcare management.
• Monitor performance metrics to uphold the highest standards in hospitality and healthcare operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, policies, and standards.

Guest and Patient Experience

• Cultivate a culture of excellence in service delivery, catering to the unique needs of guests and patients.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• 5 to 10 years of senior leadership experience with significant exposure to both hotel and healthcare operations will be advantage
• Proven track record of managing large teams in high-performance environments

Skills

• Strategic leadership and operational management expertise.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Financial management skills and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Demographics: Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR)
• Lanuguages: Ability to converse in Mandarin as required to liaison with Chinese clients
• Cultural Fit: In-depth understanding of Singapore’s hospitality and healthcare sectors

In this role, you will be the subject matter expert for grants and ensure compliance and accountability in grant administration. You will need to build a good rapport with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives and deliver good client experience. A suitable candidate may deputize the Team Lead.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a team to oversee the day-to-day administration of grant processing matters, including the review and approval of applications and claims.
• Engage, influence, and communicate with stakeholders on policies and procedures to ensure good governance and consistency in grant administration activities.
• Responsible for effective and efficient SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), be actively involved in the implementation and undertake improvements or updates to the SOPs.
• Provide consultation and advice to team members in executing policies, system processes and ensure smooth & efficient daily operations and accurate data records.
• Track, analyze and report processing data to Team Lead and senior management, including preparing monthly Ops reports, processing targets and other reports. Handle audit activities as and when required.
• Handle administrative duties, and undertake ad-hoc assignments to events/ projects assigned by management or HR.

Job Requirements

• Qualifications in Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Data Science or other relevant disciplines
• At least 8 years in grants management/administration or experience in conducting audit, evaluation and/or claims related work
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem solving, analytical and systems thinking abilities required
• Good communication skills (written, spoken and presentation) and detail-oriented
• Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative

What Do We Want

• Proven track record of at least 8–12 years in sales
• Experience in F&B Vending Machine / Related Machine
• Experience in Southeast Asia or other international markets is highly advantageous.
• Able to lead & manage team
• Deep understanding of market trends and organization services.
• Strong skills in identifying opportunities and trends.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
