The SGX Research Team is looking for a Programme Manager who will champion efforts and provide overall support to run an industry-wide research programme grant scheme – Research Grant under the Grant for Equity Market Singapore Scheme (GEMS). • Responsible for conducting annual reviews and policy servicing of existing policies with High Net Worth (HNW) clients by collaborating with private bankers to review and analyse in-force policies
• Build and foster rapport with market heads/team leaders in order to drive referral opportunities with HNW clients
• Work closely with the private bankers and wealth planners to understand the HNW clients' profiles, needs and expectations to provide appropriate advice/recommendations on life and personal lines solutions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational procedures/processes
