• Master/Bachelor degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with industrial and project management skill and experience. Additional qualifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP) are advantageous.

• A strong team player with proven experience in managing large-scale research or development projects, preferably in the healthcare or AI fields.

As a key member of the SEAO EXCO team and reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, SEAO, this role has the important responsibilities to be a true people leader and business partner for SEAO HR function and making a real positive impact on our people and business.

As a Senior HR leader for the Richemont Regional Functions (RRF), you will oversee the full HR function including HR Business Partnership, COEs (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Internal Communications), and People Operations (onboarding, offboarding, mobility, employee journey support, payroll, and cost planning) in this important market with a strategic vision and strong collaboration to meet Richemont and Maison expectations.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As a member of both the SEAO EXCO and APAC HR EXCO, you will have the key responsibilities to the below strategic areas:

• Develop and implement a strong and forward-looking people strategy that encompasses holistic areas of HR such as workforce planning, talent acquisition and management, learning and development, total rewards, etc. with the great support of our HQ & APAC COE teams, close partnership with other Functional Heads and Maisons’ Managing Directors,
• Be a strategic partner and an influencer to our SEAO CEO and all Maisons. Drive the HR transformation by raising the bar high and upgrade the organization capability to support both current business strategy and future growth.
• Hire, develop, and lead a fully functional ONE HR team in SEAO.
• Set clear roles and responsibilities for HR Market Leads, HRBPs, COEs, and People Operations whilst fostering collaboration across the functional teams with a performance-driven and caring culture.
• Be a key driver to develop a strong people-caring culture and contributing to the local society with a strong corporate social responsibility mindset.
• Achieve a strong partnership between local, regional and global teams, while working closely with (and reporting to) the Chief Executive Officer, SEAO, and Chief People Officer, APAC, which will be key to your success!

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

What skills do you need to succeed:

• At least 12 years of working experience in HR, with significant leadership track record in big MNCs - ideally in an international, fast-paced environment (e.g. consumer goods, technology, retail or creative industries with a matrix organization).
• Proven leadership capabilities and create a cohesive team environment in a multi-market sub-region, also in virtual, remote settings.
• An eye for talent and the capability to build and develop talent pipeline.
• Experiences in managing and leading change and in creating and maintaining an agile, digital and modern work environment.
• Knowledge of local labor law and your network of local key stakeholders (government, universities, consultants, etc.)
• Outstanding communication, negotiating and influencing skills.
• Strong business acumen - understanding of the (internal and external) clients and the organization as business manager with a focus to effectively advise on all people aspects.
• Ability to balance between the design & implementation of strategic initiatives, whilst staying hands on with the day-to-day work required to keep the business running smoothly.
• Experience in Coaching, Agility or other working methods is a big plus
