The AHP Director works in the field of social service management. S/He should have expertise and experience in domains under AHP management to supervise strategic initiatives, corporate governance, resource management, organisation and capability development. S/He develops and reviews frameworks for the organisation's operating guidelines and standards, directs the implementation of corporate policies in accordance with governance regulations and drives improvements to the AHP service delivery and operational efficiency. S/He also oversees manpower planning, as well as the performance and professional development of AHP staff, to ensure the delivery of AHP services in accordance with clinical standards. RESPONSIBILITIES

Build professional partnerships and collaborations

External Ecosystem Relationship Liaison

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key external AI ecosystem participants in Singapore as well in key external markets leveraging the Prudential Group connections and resources.
