Lead the team to plan, operate, maintain and ensure 24/7 operational readiness of essential Mechanical and Electrical (M&E), Chemical System and building services; such as chillers, power, cooling systems, Scrubbers system, DI system, Waste Water Treatment, Gas system, plumbing and sanitation, pest control, landscape and etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

Multitasking is required in the role as well as strong people interpersonal skills.

Develop WP & FA product and service offerings
The individual should develop the right skills and knowledge to achieve WP & FA KPIs where needed by business, and also to help with coaching the juniors within the WP & FA team.
Achieve NNM target and other KPIs including client engagements.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineering Lead to oversee the data engineering team in NUS.
The role will be responsible for leading and guiding teams in the development of high-quality data lakehouse, ensuring they meet business needs and align with NUS strategic goals. The role will also ensure the proper implementation across all stages of the data lifecycle
This role will manage a team of 6 data engineers handling ELT/ETL framework and end-to-end data pipelines from various source systems to data lakehouse with a plan for future growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role and the candidate should have been on active hands-on development at least 5 years prior.
Duties and Responsibilities
Technical Expertise
• Participate in the technical design of data platforms and their technologies, including their framework, architecture, standards, and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a proven track record of effectively addressing technical challenges and risk mitigation.

Job Purpose
Support all activities establishing and maintaining Microbiology lab in BioProduction Operations QC. Ensure all microbiological testing of samples for production support and documented in accordance with written testing SOP’s and in accordance with local and/or international regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain QC Micro/EM laboratory in full cGMP-compliance.
• Track and execute individual training requirements to ensure completion on time including new methods and instrumentation.
• Ensure laboratory operations are in accordance to cGMP standards
• Perform microbiological testing and EM sampling in accordance current testing monographs/SOPs and in accordance with local/ international regulations.
• Ensures that testing completed in a timely manner based on plan.
• Support laboratory routine operations such as inventory management and house-keepings.
• Support the optimization of work flows in the QC Micro/EM Laboratory.
Requirements
•Minimum Diploma with 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a cGMP environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• New entrants to biopharmaceutical industry and should not be holding a bond obligation with any organisation
• Related experience should be in GMP-regulated industries in Quality Control
• Background knowledge on analysis such as Bioburden and Endotoxin testing

In this vital role, you will be engaged with students on an enriching and intensive journey of design education, developing key skills and learning about technologies, trends and their impact on design.
You will be pivotal to equip students in 3D design with great confidence, invaluable skills of critical analysis, design synthesis, communication, and a multidisciplinary approach to the design process.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
The role involves managing and overseeing the delivery of assigned modules for the 3D Design Diploma and Degree Programmes. You will deliver approximately 14 - 18 contact hours of teaching per week, demonstrating a high level of pedagogical competence.
A key part of the role includes contributing to curriculum development, conducting program reviews, and designing learning materials to ensure academic excellence. You will supervise and assess student projects, while also organizing and coordinating artist talks, residencies, trips, seminars, conferences, exhibitions, and other related events to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

A proven track record in research, knowledge exchange, or professional practice that advances the field of Landscape, Urban Design & Architecture and aligns with the objectives of the School and Academy is essential.
To excel in this role, you should possess a positive, enthusiastic, and inspiring attitude, with the ability to engage students in their learning.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
