The Role

This is the senior technical lead role within Singapore Gymnastics. It is an externally facing role focussed on comparing international benchmarks with Singapore’s performance and then strategising how to bridge gaps in MAG, WAG and RG.

The role requires the ability to enhance the daily training environment by recruiting, deploying, and motivating Coaches, Sport Scientists, and Sport Medicine experts to elevate Singapore's performance.
