Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all creative aspects of a video.
  (Conceptualisation & scripting, pre-production, production, post-production).
• Pitch creative concepts and proposals and ensure all phases from initial planning to production are completed within established timelines and budgets.
• Work individually and guide other team members in the ideation & creative development of campaign deliverables.
• Ensure that key aspects of the video production are on track, such as video concept and storyboarding, crew selection and direction, art direction, audio design, and video editing.

Qualification/Experience

• Minimum five years of filmmaking experience.
• A proven track record in visual design or direction within film, TV, or advertising.
• The candidate must be self-motivated and extremely organised.
• Bachelor/Diploma in Film and Media studies or any other relevant fields of studies preferred.
• Good time management.
• Able to manage several projects at once, sometimes under tight deadlines.

What you will be working on

You will lead a team of officers responsible for managing the Withdrawal Schemes administration under Account Closure. Your role involves improving business processes and efficiency by actively seeking enhancements and collaborating across departments. You will also boost customer satisfaction by using data analysis and modern technology to identify and solve customer challenges.

In this role, you will:

• Lead team managing CPF withdrawal schemes and support Section Head in strategising and designing withdrawal services to meet future needs
• Improve processes and efficiency in the department
• Work with other teams and outside partners to make changes smoothly
• Use data and new technology to solve customer problems
• Oversee work process redesign and cross-agency discussions to operationalise initiatives
• Ensure team meets service standards and handles cases on time
• Coach team members and help them grow in their roles
• Handle complex cases and approve special applications
• Support department head in planning for future needs
• Liaise with ministries, statutory boards, and private organisations to gain buy-in for new initiatives

As the Strategic Engagements Director with Kuiper focused on the ASEAN region, you will have the exciting opportunity to help promote the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. Your responsibilities will include increasing adoption, and market penetration across APJ. This role is focused on qualifying and developing a pipeline across ASEAN.

We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of success/delivering results, ability to engage CxO’s with confidence, and able to orchestrate cross-functional teams (internally and externally), and should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must possess the ability to explain cloud computing, infrastructure solutions and a background in telecommunications; Level 100 (minimum).
