Organize outreach and visitation initiatives to engage more seniors in the community.
Collaborate with the House of Joy Active Ageing Centre Cluster Manager and handle any additional tasks assigned.

What We’re Looking For:
A good diploma in social work, community development, gerontology, or related fields. with strong computing and communication skills.
Conversational skills in Mandarin or dialects would be a great asset.

students:

• Co-design, co-implement, monitor and review

comprehensive Detention Programme on

Tuesdays and Wednesdays for students who

commit offences such as late coming,

The Programme Executive will be responsible for organizing and conducting outreach to increase dementia awareness and promote early identification. He/she will support clients with or who are at risk of dementia and/or their carers by linking them to the necessary support and resources.
