The Right Profile

We are looking for a Brand Art Director with strong design management experience. This candidate will work closely with the Head of Creative to develop Syfe’s design framework and put forth our brand for the world to see. Objectives of this role

Team Summary

The Card Product group manages the deployment and optimization of Visa’s core products base consisting of Credit, Debit and Prepaid payments solutions globally. The team is also responsible for the development and deployment of innovation across this product suite. To do this, we work in close partnership with Visa clients and key internal and external stakeholders across the globe. We are also the team responsible for leading the transition of conventional card-based solutions onto digital form factors, ensuring Visa payments solutions remain the market-leading way for consumers to spend their money and manage their payments across Visa’s global regions.

Director, Credit Product Management (AP) does at Visa:

Reporting to the Head of Core Product Management, AP, the role-holder will be responsible for initiatives across three broad areas of responsibility:

Credit Product best practices, leading identification, development and execution of Credit product best practices to drive improvements in usage, activation and preference for Visa amongst issuers and consumers

Drive credit innovation, through leadership for the AP region, of initiatives within the Visa 2030 strategy to expand Credit across traditional credit card issuance and the provision of credit outside of credit card issuance

Facilitate Visa thought-leadership, working closely with in-market teams in AP to develop a clear point of view on the direction of credit, working closely with Global counterparts. · Build commercial partnerships and explore business development opportunities for long-term business collaborations with DCS.

· Drive various marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve DCS’s Visitorship targets and promote awareness of the DCS’s role in museums and attractions management, national education and sustainability.

· Envisage DCS membership programme and strategies to attract new members and grow membership with innovative membership features and rewards.

· Establish and maintain effective relations with relevant counterparts in the local and overseas attractions, museums and defence community.

· Lead the Sales, Marcom and Membership teams and ensure that all staff are engaged to achieve the organisational goals and objectives of DCS.

Requirements:

· Degree with 10 years of experience and at least 5 years of management track record.

· Good management skills to promote a healthy organisational culture, encourage teamwork and collaboration to meet company goals.

· Candidate must possess strong communication skills and preference will be given to those with working experience in attractions/ museum/ gallery related organisations.

· Driven, performance focused and self-motivated.

• Identify new prospects and actively drive membership growth through targeted outreach and relationship-building
• Provide advisory services to members on a wide range of business-critical issues
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the organisation's overall strategic plans

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a business development or community management role, preferably within a trade association though not compulsory.
• Demonstrated success in building and nurturing relationships with diverse stakeholders, including senior-level executives
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide strategic, solution-oriented advice to member businesses
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both one-on-one and in group settings
• Degree-level qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and the challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises
