Job Description & Requirements

1. Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, PowerPoint presentation and documenting minutes.
2. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
3. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan, escalating to Service Delivery Manager (SDM), Project Director (PD) any necessary requirement from customers.
4. Plan, track and monitor the tasks assigned to the managers, team leaders and members
5. Clear and open communication with customers on operations and project issues or clarifications.
6. Assist in creating of PowerPoint presentation and Excel documents.
7. Provide administrative support as needed, such as managing project-related correspondence and other ad-hoc duties.

Main Role & Responsibility

· Compare pricing and prepare costing summary for all projects

· issuance of purchase order, payments variation orders, settlement of final accounts with contractors

and suppliers

· Monitor and keep track of deliveries from contractors and suppliers

· To assist and contribute to execute the works relating to the project coordination between each

department and classification, working out and monitor project schedule and planning.

· Arrange project punch list follow-up

· Handle project support enquires

· Other office work

Requirements:

· Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel and desktop productivity tools

· Good customer service skills

· Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active.

· Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively

communicate with all levels.

· Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across projects, control teams &

customers

· Experience working under minimal supervision from management with a strong commitment to

team participation.

Working Duration

Working Time: 9.30 am to 6.30pm, flexible to choose 3 or 4 days work per week, Between Monday – Friday

Salary Range

SGD900 to SGD1550 (SGD9 to SGD12 per hr)

Job Description & Requirements

• Carry out inspections of all roads and road-related facilities.
• Report defects picked up during inspections.
• Report immediately to the Supervisor and the Project Manager any incidents or defects posing immediate concern, safety or inconvenience to the public.
• Submit daily reports on the condition of the roads, footpaths & walkways, service roads & footways, and road-related facilities to the Authority.
• Minimum 3 years experience in civil/ structural engineering works or other engineering equivalent.
• Able to recognize and identify defects on the roads, footpaths & walkways, service roads & footways, and road-related facilities.
• Good knowledge of repair methods for defects identified on roads and road related facilities.
• Minimum qualification --- Degree in Civil
