Operations:

• Oversees the orderly and timely execution of all warehouse activities and constantly working or taking lead on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and oversees both DC and eDC daily output. Manage the capacity (equipment, manpower and all resources), planning, backlog and projects.
• Work closely with HQ office and stores to ensure all stock deliveries are done timely to support both online and Offline (“O+O”) promotions.

Leadership

• Provide effective leadership to lead the team members and to motivate them to achieve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Identify trainings for warehouse personnel to motivate and to develop staff’s potential.
• Liaise with other departments (e.g., IT, HR, Trading & Finance) to obtain timely information and to effectively communicate to warehouse staff.
• Ensure staff adhered strictly to operational procedures and revise where necessary on a regular basis of all the warehouse procedures.
• To monitor staff’s discipline and responsible for their annual work performance review.
• Responsible for reporting KPIs to relevant internal parties.

5. Warehouse Health and Safety (“WHS”)

• Ensure compliance to health, safety policies in accordance to Group Policies.
• Co-chair in-house WHS meeting.

6. Any other responsibilities as assigned by management

• These may include project management on new system implementation and negotiation of contracts for logistic services.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Minimum of 8 years working in a warehouse environment
• FMCG warehouse experience is a must
• Experience in implementation and operation of automated stock picking system will be an advantage
