Conduct regular assessments of employee engagement and design programs to enhance workplace culture and reduce attrition;
Collaborate with other HCM team members to address employee feedback and foster a positive employee experience.

Talent Analytics and Reporting

Utilise talent management metrics to analyse workforce data, assess trends, and make data-driven decisions;
Create reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent identification, development and retention;
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of talent programs and adapt to optimise outcomes;
Develop and update policies related to talent management, ensuring alignment with organisation’s values and legal compliance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field;
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in talent management or leadership development. Candidates with people management experience will have an advantage;
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage talent strategies aligned with business objectives;
• Demonstrated ability to drive talent agenda in mid to large sized enterprise;
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, including senior stakeholders’ management, and with experience coaching managers, talent, and employees;
• Proven experience with ERP HCM systems (eg. Workday, SAP or Oracle)
• Proficiency with HRIS and analytics tools;
• Excellent communication, influencing, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills;
• Experience in change management and organisational development;
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, fast-paced and evolving environments.
