Job Description:

• Lead marketing strategy, including brand positioning, digital/ecommerce, advertising, and promotions.
• Set department direction, KPIs, budgets, and monitor expenses; create and review annual marketing calendar.
• Collaborate with management, sales, and business development to identify market opportunities and customer needs.
• Conduct research and analysis on market, consumer, competitor, pricing, and promotion to support brand goals and drive conversions.
• Ensure alignment of corporate branding across all operations and marketing efforts.
• Work with internal and external teams to create marketing materials and brand assets.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, agencies, influencers, and manage media buys.
• Organize events like product launches, promotions, and workshops.
• Write articles, marketing content, and press releases.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring coordination across departments for campaign success.
• Perform administrative tasks as required

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mass Communications/Marketing/Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Sales and Marketing with experience in a manager role
• Experience in the retail industry and consumer-products is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and SEO/SEM/Google Analytics is an advantage
• Strong people management, interspersonal and leadership skills
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and lead a team
• Self-motivated, highly resourceful, and result-oriented
