• Part of SG group management team
• Oversee, manage departments related to key activities associated with the role
• Provide mentoring & guidance for hiring, development, of staff in respective and associated departments

Engineering

• Accountable for maintenance and upkeep of all fleet vessels - owned and operated by SG group, including sourcing of spares and parts
• Accountable for Planned maintenance system implementation and maintenance, including monitoring and managing the operational performance of the fleet
• Setup and execute all engineering related projects and other specific projects as per management requirement, for SG group
• Accountable for management, including selection of engineering services vendors

Procurement

• Accountable for overseeing all group related procurement activities and budget accountability

Finance

• Accountable for budget management for operations in engineering and procurement department
• Responsible for managing financial delegation for expenses as per group policies

Compliance

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with company polices and rules within respective department
• Preparation and presentation of reports relating to fleet operational performance to support group KPI’s and reporting requirements
• Conduct of incident investigations and analysis of engineering matters or as assigned by COO
• Any other activity as required for the company’s deliverables as discussed in the leadership group

Requirements

Education

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical engineering or Maritime certificate of competency (engineering)
• Experienced in overseeing engineering projects
• 3-4 years’ experience in a team lead experience in technical position

Position Overview:

As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in the development and production of biomedical products. You will lead and manage quality assurance activities across the production process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. You will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of quality within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the company's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and other applicable standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Lead quality audits, internal and external inspections, and regulatory compliance assessments.
• Monitor and report on quality performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage the resolution of non-conformances, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs) to ensure product quality throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability for all quality-related activities.

Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Implementing new sales plans
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Sales Manager Requirements and skills

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.

Job Description & Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:

Manage all the variation claims with Client and coordinate with JV partner and internal stakeholders including preparation of documentation, substantiation as per contract requirements, timely submission, meeting coordination and follow up till the conclusion of each variation/ claim.

Manage change order/ variation claim from subcontractors and prepare change order/ in support of variation order claims to client, and keeping track of all change orders

Work closely with Project teams/ various disciplines (Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Subcontractors, etc.) and coordinate the timely contract price adjustment/ claims including internal reviews/ approvals

Manage full spectrum of respective subcontracting works, measurement/ bill of quantities, cost plus and adjustable items as per claim requirements.

Prepare tender/ subcontract document, bid/ subcontract checklist and prepare bid/subcontract evaluation and summary

Ensure main contract terms, project specification and requirements are incorporated in the bid documents and subcontract document

Monitor, review and check subcontractors’ milestone/progress claims and invoice on timely manner, and coordination with internal cost control/ finance department for payment processing

Manage/ administer the subcontracts with subcontractors

Issue work order

Organise kick off meeting and other ad-hoc meetings with subcontractors

Handle and maintain performance securities with subcontractors

Manage day to day contractual correspondences with subcontracts including contractual letters preparation and tracking of incoming/outgoing letters

Procure all subcontracting work within budget and in accordance to comply financial guideline

Monitor subcontracting cost and ensure within allocated budget

Subcontract close out / settlement of contractual disputes related to subcontracts, final accounting, completion certificate, etc.

Participate in monthly cost review, if required. Manage warranty/ defect claims if any.

Participate in Project meetings, interface with cost control, procurement and others

Ad hoc assignment

Requirements:

Degree / Diploma in any Engineering disciplines or Quantity Surveying.

5 to 10 years of experiences in contract / claim administration

Familiar with offshore platforms, modules, FPSOs, jackets, etc. and onshore petrochemical plants, renewable energy era will be an added advantage

Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Willing to commit overtime as and when required
