What You’ll Do

• Advise, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts (including commercial contracts, service agreements, marketing agreements, joint venture agreements and NDAs).
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Protecting utu’s intellectual property.
• Provide legal support for fundraising activities.
• Assist on the legal side of M&A transactions.

Main Duties

The ideal candidate will be leading a large accounting team, responsible for full set of accounts and monthly closing/reporting.
