Job Specifications/Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of working experience in related industry with relevant site experience.
• Must have working experience in Additions & Alterations (A&A) works in commercial building upgrading project.

Key Responsibilities

• Will be handling all the equipment service & maintenance works as well as Pre-start inspection of all MCD equipment (through Upvise).
• Perform all the portable equipment inspection through Upvise. (Training will be provided through Upvise)
• Monthly and Incoming equipment inspections.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have;

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related Mechanic training certification.
• 5-7 years experience in servicing and maintenance of construction equipment.

The Naval Project and Business Manager will ensure the smooth execution of the naval program in the Singapore and Malaysia region. In coordination with the sales department, they will be responsible for supporting the sales process, prospecting, acquiring, and managing clients, while leveraging advanced technical expertise.
