• Conduct Site Survey

Job Requirements

• Possess of valid Class 3 Driving License will be preferable
• Diploma in Engineering field (Electrical/Mechanical)
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Fire Protection/M&E Engineering field will be preferable
• Independent with good interpersonal skill

1）Maintenance Experience: Over 5 years of full-process experience in repair of HMUs/FMU/FFG , including disassembly,cleaning, fault analysis, repair, assembly, and testing. Possesses comprehensive experience and capability in major repairs, disassembly, assembly, and troubleshooting.

2）Training Experience: Has training experience and certification authorized by OEM or MRO.

3）New Capability Development & Training: Capable of developing new maintenance projects, including project initiation, planning, and implementation. Possesses the qualifications and abilities to train and mentor team members.

4）English Proficiency: Proficient in using manuals, able to develop maintenance and troubleshooting procedures based on these manuals, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English.

5) Basic Chinese speaking and writing were required, Acceptable for business trips to China.

6）Other: Proficient in using professional/office software for mechanical drawing and other applications.

Our client, a commercial & industrial properties developer headquartered in Singapore is currently looking for a Project Engineer join their team.

Salary: $3500 to $4500
Location: Work site at Central region
Work Days: 6 Days (8am to 5pm alternate Saturday off)

Responsibilities:
• Manage the project site by overseeing the day-to-day site operation and activities.
• Plan, implement and monitor the work schedules according to the master and detailed work programmes.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning and sequencing of the construction operations according to the Project Quality Plan.
• Liaise with client's representatives on site, sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Conduct inspections and checking on work performed by sub-contractors.
• Assist Project Manager in the evaluation and resolution of any discrepancies and problems arising during construction and which has an effect on quality of the works.
• Ensure that only updated construction drawings and approved shop drawings are used by all for construction.
• Co-ordinate the handing over of completed works to the client and completion of the necessary rectification works.
• Update the status of materials stock balance and advises Project Manager when to place replenishment orders.
• Any duties to be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
• Minimum Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognised by the PEB Approved Qualifications / BOA Approved Qualifications
• At least 2 to 3 years relevant working experiences managing construction project on sites
• Candidates without relevant experience but with the required qualifications are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and knowledge of BIM
• Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
