This position reviews design and bidding documents, evaluates contractor bids, and oversees construction progress and scheduling. Additionally, the Construction Project Engineer provides technical support to construction staff under the supervision of the Project Manager.

The Project Engineer is responsible for ensuring proper adoption of resource, quality and risk standards as well as managing project profit during the project lifecycle. He/She coordinates all administrative processes related to a project eg reports, claims, payment of invoices, including the final project handover documentation. He/She typically comes from an engineering industry/background and is able to identify and report project-related issues as well as suggests changes related to quality, risk and administrative processes.

1. Website Administration

• Upload images, products, and content to websites via CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
• Update blogs and SEO elements (e.g., meta titles, descriptions, alt tags) based on guidelines.
• Ensure uploaded content adheres to design and brand standards.

2. Technical Audits

• Conduct website performance audits using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse.
• Report on technical issues and suggest improvements to enhance load times and user experience.
• Check for broken links, missing assets, and responsiveness across devices.

3. SEO and Copywriting Support

• Assist in drafting and uploading SEO-friendly copy for websites and blogs.
• Research keywords and integrate them into on-page elements like headings and body text.
• Coordinate with the SEO team to implement optimization strategies.

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Google PageSpeed Insights or SEMrush.
• Understanding of basic web performance metrics (e.g., load time, responsiveness).

Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience:

• No prior experience is required, but knowledge of web development, SEO, or digital marketing is a plus.
• Fresh graduates or students studying IT, Digital Marketing, or related fields are welcome to apply.

Job Scope

Project management and coordination work.

Preparation of engineering drawings and documents.

Liaising with suppliers on technical information and procurement of items.

Liaising with clients on technical clarification & project matters etc.

Coordination of project shipment.

Attend to site supervision during project installation.

Planning of engineers’ schedule, and support commissioning.

After-sales support on issues raised by clients.

Requirements

Proficient in 2D AutoCAD drafting software.

Experience on 3D drafting software (eg. Inventor) will be an advantage.

Have understanding on Piping & Instrumentation is a plus.

Prior experience in Project handling is a plus.

Good team player personality, and able to work independently.

Moderate travelling overseas (eg. Indonesia / Malaysia) is required.

(Travelling frequency is based on project basis, average overseas trip ard 2-4 weeks per trip).

Diploma in Engineering / Mechanical / Mechatronic.

ITE fresh graduates / Diploma fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Candidate without prior experience, should they display good personality, may be considered as well.
