• Oversee the execution of sub-contractor agreements, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget.
• Monitor sub-contractor performance, including progress reports, quality of work, and contractual obligations compliance.
• Implement effective cost control measures, identifying and managing contract variations or claims, Generate RFQ, check subcontract draft bill,

• Maintain strong communication channels with sub-contractors and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

Specification:

Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in managing sub-contractors for large-scale construction, engineering, or EPC projects.

Description:

-Executing the company’s digital marketing campaigns. He/she is involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimization process. It is therefore essential that he/she has hands-on experience using various digital marketing platforms.

-The Digital Marketing Executive works closely with the internal marketing team and/or digital agencies to achieve specific company objectives set by the Head of Marketing such as; increasing digital sales, lead generation, brand engagement, and conversions.

· Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy
· Optimize web pages such as the homepage, landing pages, product pages (on-page SEO) in terms of improving content quality, keyword optimization, and user experience to boost organic search rankings

· Conduct regular technical SEO audits and *generate report* and work with the web development team to fix technical website issues

3. Strong Communication and Coordination Skills Exceptional abilities to communicate and coordinate across departments, ensuring collaboration for product improvements. Language requirements: Native English and Mandarin speakers only to liaise with international and Chinese stakeholders, Business level of Arabic to liaise with Middle East stakeholders.
4. Minimum Qualification Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for majors in Computer Science, Management, Statistics, or related fields.
