Key Role Statements

The role of the Due Diligence Program Manager will be in the APAC Site Acquisition Support (SAS) team. The role is based in Singapore. • Track project milestones, project progress, develop progress report with required documentations & presentations
• Execute project in accordance with project management system & processes
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools & complete assigned project tasks
• Responsible for end-to-end from planning, executing, coordinating, monitoring, & delivering the project
• Maintain filing & backup of project documentations
• Identify risks & critical paths in projects & works with project team to provide risks mitigation &/or backup plan
• Escalate issues & critical paths timely
• Comply with help to enforce standard policies & processes
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a GCE "O" Level or equivalent
• At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Preferably Skill(s): Project, Building & Construction
• Competent in AutoCAD Software, 3D Studio Max, V-RAY Software, SketchUp or BIM is an added advantage
• Good organizational skills & follow-up ability
• Strong analytical & communication skill
• Strong time management skills
• Possess of Class 3 licence is preferred
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
