1. Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to meet objectives and requirements, plan, monitor, and control the project within the deadline, including carrying out implementation of the project.

2. Ensure excellent customer relations and achieve customer satisfaction throughout the project.

3. Be responsible for installation, buy-off, and support of projects at customer sites.

4. On-site support and remote service support.

5. Provide troubleshooting expertise, technical training, and system documentation to customer and internal departments.

6. Assist in factory manufacturing and other technical activities.

7. Prepare cost estimation, budget, and control report.

8. Prepare reports on project progress and ensure the project schedule is being met.

9. Fulfill any other duties as and when assigned by the management.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 or more years of working experience.

2. Experiences with machine vision solutions is an added advantage.

3. Able to work independently, and as a team player, commitment, and a sense of ownership are necessary.

4. Good interpersonal, management, and decision-making skills.

5. Able to travel with short notice and station overseas when required.

6. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

7. Communication skills in Mandarin (Chinese) are an added advantage.

5-day work week at Woodlands area. Able to start work immediately or on short notice is preferred. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
