• Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, including project plans, specifications, drawings, and contracts.

• Manage construction projects for clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, with high quality.
• Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and designs to ensure that they meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare and present project progress reports, including project status updates, risks, issues, and recommendations to senior management and project stakeholders.
• Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively.

• Ensure engineers and supervisors meet client & regulatory requirements.
• Ensure Environmental, Safety & Health standards are carried out at all times.
• Co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors and consultants on all poject matters.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in HIP project
• Qualification by HDB for HIP projects (PEB reconized)
