2. Review and check the T4e/Project reports and ensure the information is accurate for the purposes of quotation submission or invoicing for completed works or following up action if required rectification works.

3. Assign tasks to the team when there are breakdown calls from the clients.

5. Ensure the sub-con workers follow proper work processes.

6. Perform price negotiation to meet the budget.

7. Ensure the spare parts / equipment are always maintaining at the minimum stock inventory level.

8. Provide supervision to the Engineers and Technicians for day-to-day work activities.

9. Follow up payment from the customers.

10. Forecast future manpower needs to ensure there is sufficient manpower to perform the assigned tasks.

11. Co-ordinate with the project teams for projects handover.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will contribute to the successful delivery of customer onboarding and solution implementation services for both our SaaS and on-premises clients. Working with the Professional Services team, you are responsible for successful management and execution of multiple concurrent customer projects, while providing timely project reporting on status and budget.
